RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Help us in retaining our customers with exceptional customer service
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have Current Property Casualty and preferably Life and Health Insurance Licensing
  • Previous or current State Farm experience and expertise in company systems is a major plus!
  • You are not scared to talk on the phone or speak to someone face to face.
  • You show up on time, don't make excuses and help the team succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • You can actually deliver on the skills you present.
  • Ability to interact and relate with potential customers, listen to their needs and offer solutions.
  • Ability to listen and learn from your team and capitalize.
  • Ability to be trained.

Compensation $32,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
