RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Help us in retaining our customers with exceptional customer service
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Entry level Role with Paid Training- no experience required.
  • Competitive Hourly Pay with simple bonus opportunities
  • Clear growth path (30/60/90-day milestones) and support toward state licensing
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Build real-world skills customer service, sales, and modern office tools.

Compensation $15 to $22 Per Hour.
Compensation $32,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
