Compensation & Schedule

· Base $45,000–$70,000 (DOE, licenses)

· Monthly bonus $500–$1,000 (retention + cross-sell + team goals)

· Hours Mon–Fri 8:30 To 5:00, in-office at Georgetown or Frankfort

What you’ll do

· Own client service for Auto/Home/Renters/other P&C endorsements, billing, claims concierge, renewals

· Run coverage reviews and close gaps ethically (RCEs, ACV vs RC, deductibles, key endorsements)

· Proactively retain & round accounts; document thoroughly; follow carrier/agency compliance

What you’ll bring

· Active KY P&C license (required); Life & Health a plus (or willing to obtain—exam/CE support available)

· 2+ years agency CSR experience (State Farm agent office experience is a plus)

· Professional polish, dependable follow-through, and a client-first mindset about protecting property & lives
